Romeos Saddlery Collection is a small online South Australia based business operating since 2016. We pride ourselves in offering quality horse and rider wear at affordable prices.

Shipping:
We offer FREE shipping on orders over $100.00 AUSTRALIA WIDE!
Purchases under $100.00 will cost $9.00 to post with tracking.
Express postage is available on all items, Express postage is extra and is not included in the "free shipping on orders over $100" deal. Express postage is not available on ANY overseas postage options.

We are now offering International postage!!

Return Policy:


Returns are not accepted.
Exchanges are welcome for store credit.
Items must be returned to RSC (please email the CEO of Romeos Saddlery Collection ( x.emma.may@hotmail.com) to be given postal address)
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Strictly NO exchanges will be accepted after 14 days.

Items MUST be returned in same clean, new condition.
This includes All packaging and tags
Exchanges under these circumstances are available less postage costs. We do not reimburse postage costs to send back to Romeos Saddlery Collection. 
Sorry we do not accept "Simply, change of mind"

If the item is faulty or broken, please contact x.emma.may@hotmail.com to notify us and we will offer a solution depending on the individual circumstance.


Romeos Saddlery Collection reserves the right to reject an exchange if it is not in its original condition or within the required return period.

What is a pre-order?
A Pre-Order is the term that is used when an item is currently out of stock or waiting on arrival of the stocks, but will arrive back in stock within a certain timeframe. The estimated date of delivery is usually stated under the description of a pre-order product, please make sure to read the eta. If the eta is not stated and you need to item by a certain date please email x.emma.may@hotmail.com

Can I cancel or make changes to my order once it has been placed?
No, sorry! Once your order has been placed no amendments nor cancellations can be made. Please make sure to read the eta carefully if the item is a pre order.  Orders will not be refunded for misreading the eta. 

Shipping:
Orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment being received, except for orders containing pre-orders. Orders containing pre orders are shipped as soon as stocks arrive. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise and sale periods

Orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until Monday. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your order within 2-14 business days Australia wide. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within 14 business days of placing your order please contact us at x.emma.may@hotmail.com to launch an investigation. 

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels which have been deemed as ‘successfully delivered’ be the courier company.
